Returns
Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, returns are possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you can return them within 90 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:
The order still contains all appropriate parts, components, and the packaging is intact.
Normal handling of the product is evident; breakage due to careless handling is excluded.
Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., undergarments, swimwear, etc.) are not returnable.
The product was found to be defective immediately upon receipt.
The customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns.
Returns will be processed within 7 working days, and if all conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.

Consumer Right of Withdrawal
If you are a natural person entering into a legal transaction for personal purposes, you have the right to cancel in accordance with the following provisions:
A. Cancellation Conditions
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day you or a third party (not the carrier) receives the goods.
Since our system is fully automated, orders are processed immediately upon placement. Cancellation of shipping is not possible once the order has been dispatched. If you wish to cancel after dispatch, you must wait to receive the goods and then proceed with the return process.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, inform us at MILAN STYLE via email with a clear declaration of your decision to cancel. The cancellation will only be considered complete once we have received the returned goods. The cost of returning the goods will be borne by the buyer.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract:
We will refund all payments received, excluding delivery costs and any additional charges incurred for choosing a non-standard delivery option.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your cancellation request and the returned goods.
We will use the same payment method for the refund as was used for the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional fees for the refund.
